This luxury 36m2 apartment offers modern comforts which will make your stay enjoyable and unforgettable. It is perfect for couples who want to be seconds away from the happenings in the Town, be that romantic cafes, restaurants, City walls or museums, theatre and cinema. The apartment has all modern cons, including satellite TV, air conditioning and Internet access (with extra charge). The apartment is on second floor, first is the kitchen with dining area, then there is a large bedroom with living room and satellite TV with modern furniture, air conditioning, satellite TV, armored doors and amazing views of the City and Kvarner bay, old villas…. The apartment is with the great position. You will have magic stay in Opatija.

Bedroom & Living Room:
Matrimonial bed and comfortable big sofa for third person. With 2 big windows and 2 doors opening onto the balcony, both the kitchen/dining room and living room offer wonderful views across the Kvarner Bay and Opatija.
Bathrooms: Bathroom with bath/shower, washing machine, loo, washbasin and storage for toiletries.
Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen, with cooker, oven, fridge and more than enough crockery/cutlery/pots and pans for a relaxed self-catering holiday. Small dining area with table and chairs (sits up to 3).
Balcony: Table and chairs (sits up to 3).
Other: Brakfast is aditional 5Euro day/person.
Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service:
The apartment is thoroughly cleaned prior your arrival - we tend to leave you to get on with your holiday in peace until the day of departure or cleaning apartment on your demand. Towels and linen are provided free of charge. Gas, electricity, water and heating are all included.

Notes on accommodation:

Heating system, with radiator in bedroom/living room.
Parking space for 1 car in the small private parking is cost 5Euro day.

Parking across building is free of charge.

Coast/Beach
You can choose on several beaches in Opatija and around Opatija. Closest beach is 350m from apartment. Opatija is in the midlle point of Lungomare, the seaside promenade that stretches all the wayfrom Lovran to Volosko (12km), and is dotted with cafes, beaches and restaurants. Ferry port of Brestova, linking the mainland with Islands of Cres and Mali Losinj, is 20km away.
Skiing
Skiing at Platak, 30 km from Rijeka, with 'baby', tourist, night, freestyle and snowboarding runs, 6 cable cars, 2 mountain lodges, ski school (please phone: +385 98 1671 510) and equipment rental facilities.
Travel
Nearby Airports: Rijeka (Krk) and Pula in Croatia, or Trieste in Italy, all about 1 hour drive to the apartment, and served by Low-Cost Airlines. Also Zagreb Airport in Croatia, or Ljubljana Airport in nearby Slovenia (both about 2-2,5 hours drive). Car hire is highly recommended.
